Contribute to process improvement and organization Mid-Level Accounting Analyst Bragança Paulista – SP \| On-site A well-established accounting office in **Bragança Paulista** is seeking a **Mid-Level Accounting Analyst** to join its team and perform full accounting routines, support client service, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting information. We seek an organized, analytical professional with solid knowledge of accounting routines, who is interested in working in a structured and collaborative professional environment. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Perform **monthly accounting closings**; * Carry out **accounting reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts**; * Prepare and analyze **Income Statements (DRE) and other accounting reports**; * Review accounting entries and ensure data consistency; * Support the analysis of **accounting and financial flows**; * Respond to client requests and clarify inquiries for the firm's clients; * Assist in organizing and controlling accounting documents and information; * Contribute to improving and organizing departmental processes. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Accounting Sciences or related fields**; * Prior experience in **accounting routines and accounting closing**; * Knowledge of **reconciliations, account analysis, and Income Statement (DRE) preparation**; * Experience with the **Domínio system** is considered a plus; * Intermediate to advanced **Excel** skills; * Analytical and organized profile. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Attention to detail; * Organization and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills for client service; * Proactivity and commitment to deadlines; * Ability to analyze and interpret accounting data. **Job Details** ----------------------- Work Location: Bragança Paulista – SP Work Model: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 18:00** (with a 1h30 lunch break) **Benefits** -------------- * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * Transportation Allowance * **Birthday Day Off \+ Special Bonus** **Market-competitive and highly attractive remuneration for this position.** Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
