**About the position** We are seeking a Process Automation Developer with an analytical mindset and strong capability to integrate systems. This professional will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving corporate automations, API-based integrations, and orchestrated workflows—directly contributing to improved operational efficiency, scalability, and reduction of manual tasks. The role requires hands-on experience with automation platforms, system integration, and development of event-driven and process-oriented solutions. \- \#\# **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain corporate process automations; * Create integrations between internal and external systems using APIs and WebServices; * Develop automated workflows using platforms such as n8n; * Map business processes and propose operational improvements through automation; * Monitor executions, identify failures, and support integrations; * Build and maintain technical documentation for automations and integrations; * Collaborate with business units, infrastructure, and development teams; * Ensure security, traceability, and reliability of integrations; * Participate in architecture decisions and best practices for integration. \- \#\# **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience with process automation and system integration; * Solid knowledge of REST APIs and WebServices (SOAP/REST); * Practical experience with n8n or similar automation/orchestration tools; * Knowledge of API authentication and security (OAuth2, JWT, API Keys); * Experience handling JSON, XML, and consuming HTTP services; * Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries; * Familiarity with code versioning (Git); * Analytical ability for troubleshooting and incident resolution. \- \#\# **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or MuleSoft; * Knowledge of messaging and queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS); * Experience with Docker and cloud environments; * Knowledge of Node.js, Python, or other integration-focused programming languages; * Experience in financial, banking, or payment processing environments; * Knowledge of observability and integration monitoring. \- **\#\# Behavioral Competencies** * Proactive profile with strong problem-solving orientation; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization and sense of priority; * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments; * Mindset of continuous improvement and process automation.
