Team supervision and service contract management We are looking for a **Technical Coordinator** to oversee the operational and technical management of corporate and residential projects. We seek a professional with strong process awareness, leadership skills, and expertise in building maintenance routines. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze work plans and monitor service providers' routines. * Update registration data, evaluate suppliers, and control technical documentation, legal obligations, and contractual deadlines. * Develop operational schedules, supervise use of PPEs, and ensure execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across all technical disciplines (electrical, plumbing, civil, refrigeration, etc.). * Conduct daily checklists, monitor tenants' construction/service activities, and record tasks in system/backlog. * Supervise in-house or outsourced maintenance teams, and draft or revise technical specifications for procurement. * Lead periodic meetings with service providers and address user feedback, suggestions, and compliments. * Prepare budgets, conduct purchases, and manage operational controls targeting cost-efficiency, quality, and performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience managing service contracts for corporate condominiums. * Strong written communication skills, resilience, and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
