Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed Mason's Assistant to support construction, renovation, and building maintenance services, assist masons, and keep the worksite organized. Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks We are hiring a **Mason's Assistant** to support the execution of construction, renovation, and building maintenance services. We seek a responsible, committed individual with willingness to learn. The professional will assist masons in preparing materials, organizing the worksite, and performing operational tasks on site. Main Responsibilities: * Assist masons in executing masonry, plastering, tiling, and finishing work; * Prepare mortars, grouts, concrete, and other materials; * Transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials; * Assist in laying blocks, bricks, flooring, and cladding; * Support demolition, excavation, and surface preparation activities; * Perform cleanup and organization of the construction site; * Remove debris and materials from work areas; * Assist in assembling and disassembling support structures; * Follow instructions from masons and site supervisors; * Properly use personal protective equipment; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures. Requirements: * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience on construction sites, civil engineering projects, or operational roles; * Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attentiveness to instructions; * Availability to work on-site; * Commitment to safety, quality, and punctuality.
