Relevant educational background is required (CREA registration). **How you will make an impact** * Quality inspection and testing: Perform inspections, measurements, and tests (including non-destructive tests) on components, equipment, and raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications. * Non-conformance management: Identify deviations, record them, implement and track corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness. * Quality planning and control: Develop and manage inspection plans, test plans, quality plans, technical standards, and records of audits and tests. * Audits and quality management system: Conduct internal/external audits and support the implementation and maintenance of the integrated quality and environmental management system. * Suppliers and training: Participate in supplier qualification, validate technical capabilities, and develop training materials and programs on quality tools and standards. * Health, safety, and environment: Comply with and promote policies of the integrated management system, identify risks and impacts, and ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. **What you bring*** Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or Electronics. * Experience: Proven experience in high-voltage electrical testing (up to 500 kV). * Languages: Intermediate English. * Travel availability: Occasional travel, including international trips for training. * Working at heights: Required. * Schedule flexibility: Shift work, including second and third shifts. * Professional registration: Active CREA or equivalent. **About the team** This is a local team from the Test Field, directly responsible for quality control of power transformers up to 800 kV.
