Job Summary: A professional responsible for demolition, construction site preparation, maintenance of machinery and tools, and performing various civil construction tasks. Key Highlights: 1. The professional will be responsible for demolishing concrete and masonry structures as well as other constructions, preparing construction sites by clearing the area and compacting soil, performing first-level maintenance including cleaning machines and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing any mechanical defects; conducting excavations and preparing concrete mixtures and other materials. \- Calculate materials required for the project; \- Specify materials required for the project; \- Interpret work orders; \- Arrange for site access clearance; \- Arrange storage locations for materials and tools; \- Select tools and equipment; \- Select personal protective equipment; \- Apply scratch coat on ceilings and walls; \- Apply base coat to level surfaces; \- Install finishing elements (sills, window sills, etc.) on doors and windows; \- Install precast components; \- Mark level points and mortar points; \- Prepare mortar for cladding; \- Prepare mortar (dry mix) for screed Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.664,75 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
