Ensuring safety and organization at the worksite * Site cleaning and preparation, removing obstacles and leveling the ground. * Construction of foundations, walls, slabs, beams, and other structures using concrete, bricks, blocks, or stones. * Laying bricks, blocks, or stones to build walls, fences, and other structures. * Applying plaster and finishing surfaces, ensuring appropriate quality according to internal standards. * Assisting in the installation of elements such as curbs, gutters, storm drains, and other drainage components. * Keeping the worksite clean and organized. * Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with established safety procedures and that all team members are aware of hazards and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
