We seek a professional who is committed, responsible, and experienced in construction, maintenance, and repair services, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of company facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry, concrete work, floor laying, and cladding tasks. * Carry out construction, renovation, and repair work on masonry structures. * Prepare mortars, concrete, and other materials used in civil construction. * Perform finishing tasks, plastering, screeding, and surface leveling. * Interpret project drawings and technical specifications when required. * Maintain workplace, tools, and equipment organization. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role. * Knowledge of civil construction, renovations, and building maintenance. * Proficiency in handling tools and equipment in the field. * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to service quality. * Availability to perform internal and external tasks as needed. * Flexible working hours. * Compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
