Job Summary:
The professional will perform general repairs and maintenance at educational facilities and health centers, working with masonry, concrete, and solving various issues.

Main responsibilities of the hired professional:
* Installing claddings, bricks, etc.;
* Laying and repairing floors;
* Preparing and applying mortar;
* Performing minor and major general repairs;
* Conducting maintenance and conservation work at educational facilities and health centers;
* Performing masonry and concrete work;
* Plastering walls;
* Solving common daily issues (clogs, leaks, paint or cladding repairs, replacement of sanitary ware and faucets, roof repairs, etc.);
* Ensuring the preservation of educational facilities where services are being performed.
Requirements
* Experience in renovations of schools and health centers (preferred)
* Experience as a mason (construction sites)
* Valid driver's license (mandatory)
