Testing to identify and locate defects in installations **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Job Description:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on hydraulic, hydrosanitary, painting, carpentry, and civil infrastructure systems. Carry out general building maintenance activities, including repairs and conservation of clinic facilities. Execute repairs and installation of floors, walls, and drywall. Disassemble, assemble, and adjust work equipment and tools. Conduct tests to identify and locate defects in installations. Report to the immediate supervisor any issues that may affect proper service execution. Safeguard and maintain materials and tools under one's responsibility. Perform other duties compatible with the nature of the position. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Experience in building maintenance (civil, hydraulic, painting, floor installation, and drywall). Availability to work on a paid on-call schedule.
