Maintenance Officer

Description

**Requirements:** * Completed high school; * Experience in building or industrial maintenance; * Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems; * Flexible working hours; * Easy access to the São Bernardo do Campo region; * Courses / Desirable (NRs): * NR 10 – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; * NR 35 – Working at Heights; * NR 18 – Working Conditions and Environment in the Construction Industry (desirable); * NR 33 – Confined Spaces (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform basic electrical, hydraulic, civil, and mechanical maintenance; * Carry out repairs on doors, floors, roofs, painting, and masonry; * Replace light bulbs, outlets, circuit breakers, and perform minor electrical repairs; * Supervise and support outsourced services; * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities; * Complete checklists and service orders; * Maintain and care for tools and equipment; * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Support general building and operational maintenance tasks. **Additional Information:** * On-site meals.
