Maintenance Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for garden maintenance and conservation, flowerbed cleaning, pruning, general cleaning of premises, and assistance with minor repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with minor repairs Perform basic garden maintenance and conservation; Clean flowerbeds by removing weeds and pests; Mow grass and clear vacant lots; Hold protective screens during pruning performed with brush cutters and other equipment, or ensure their use when conducting pruning; Perform educational and sculptural pruning of plants using landscape shears; Prepare flowerbeds and soil for planting new plants; Plant seedlings in flowerbeds; Regularly sweep internal streets and sidewalks of the condominium; Rake and gather grass and tree clippings, then bag them; Perform general cleaning of condominium premises including: cafeteria, administration office, guard booths, playroom, kiosks, restrooms, changing rooms, and others; Clean and maintain internal storm drains of the condominium; Paint curbs, handrails, and other elements; Clean the condominium’s water tank and gutters; Assist with irrigation of the condominium’s green areas; Participate in "task force" activities requiring urgent work to ensure timely completion and achievement of set goals; Assist masons with minor repairs when necessary.
