Therefore, open positions are also designated for Persons with Disabilities (PCD). * **Salary:** R$ 2\.189,97 * 20% Hazard Pay * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM * **Schedule:** 5 days on, 2 days off * **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Prior experience in civil or building maintenance * Knowledge of basic repairs (painting, plumbing, masonry, furniture) * Familiarity with maintenance tools and materials * Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of Building Maintenance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
