Essential support for maintenance teams **Position Summary** The Maintenance Artisan with carpentry skills will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance services on wooden structures and components across Judiciary units, ensuring environmental conservation, functionality, and safety. Success in this role requires organization, diligence, a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and agility in service execution, always adhering to quality and safety standards. This position is essential for building infrastructure conservation, integrating maintenance teams and directly contributing to the smooth operation of administrative and judicial units. **Responsibilities** * Perform carpentry, basic joinery, and wooden structure maintenance services. * Carry out repairs, adjustments, and replacements of doors, door frames, windows, furniture, ceilings, baseboards, and window/door frames. * Fabricate and adjust wooden parts as required by site needs. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on wooden furniture and structural elements. * Perform minor masonry, painting, and finishing repairs when necessary. * Use hand and power tools correctly. * Follow occupational safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support other demands of the building maintenance team. * Maintain workplace organization and proper storage of materials and tools. **Qualifications** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Proven experience in carpentry or similar activities. * Knowledge of measurement reading, tape measure and square usage, and cutting tools. * Proficiency in assembling and disassembling wooden furniture and structures. * Basic knowledge of building maintenance. * Fundamental understanding of occupational safety regulations. * Organizational skills, commitment, responsibility, and teamwork ability.
