A company in the thermal and acoustic insulation materials and services sector is seeking an E-commerce Analyst to join its team in Blumenau/SC. The company provides specialized solutions for various sectors, emphasizing quality customer service, process organization, and continuous growth of its online operations. Responsibilities: Registering and updating products on the virtual store and marketplaces. Creating and publishing banners, promotions, and commercial campaigns. Customer service via WhatsApp and customer support center (SAC). Operating and monitoring marketplaces, including the online store and Mercado Livre. Supporting the creation of simple campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Invoicing orders and monitoring online sales operations. Supporting administrative routines related to e-commerce. Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30. Requirements: Previous experience with e-commerce and marketplaces. Basic knowledge of digital campaigns. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. A dynamic profile, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer service. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30. Compensation: Fixed salary + 0.5% commission. Benefits: Meal allowance of BRL 25.00 per business day; Transportation allowance; Union partnership (dentist and general practitioner); Pharmacy benefit after 3 months.
