Leadership and effective communication with clients and engineers **Riel Engenharia**, a company specialized in electrical and infrastructure project design and execution, is seeking a **Construction Foreman** for renovation projects. **Desired Profile:** * **Experience:** 5+ years working on residential, commercial, or building renovation projects. * **Technical knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; proficiency in renovation phases (demolition, masonry, plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing). * **Team management:** Coordination of masons, painters, electricians, plumbers, etc., with emphasis on productivity and quality. * **Planning:** Schedule control, material management, and adherence to deadlines. * **Professional conduct:** Leadership, proactivity, effective communication with clients and engineers, and responsibility for site safety and cleanliness.
