Job Summary: Experienced carpenter for infrastructure projects, responsible for assembling formwork, shoring, and wooden structures safely and with high quality. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety regulations and proper use of PPE #### **Responsibilities** * Assemble and dismantle formwork for concrete pouring in specialized structures (bridges, viaducts, culverts). * Perform cutting, fitting, and fastening of wood and plywood components according to project drawings and technical specifications. * Install shoring, scaffolding, and temporary wooden support structures for load-bearing and site safety. * Prepare and assemble templates to guide structural element execution and ensure alignment. * Verify plumb, level, and squareness of assembled structures using appropriate measuring tools. * Maintain and repair formwork and carpentry equipment to ensure durability and safety. * Collaborate with concrete pouring and reinforcement teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Carpenter in highway or heavy infrastructure projects. * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural and structural carpentry drawings. * Proficiency in using manual and power carpentry tools (saws, planers, drills, etc.). * Ability to work with various types of wood and plywood, applying cutting and fitting techniques. * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations (NRs) and proper use of PPE on construction sites. * Ability to perform basic measurements and angle calculations for component fabrication. * Experience assembling wooden structures at height and in hard-to-access environments. #### **Skills** * Drawing Interpretation * Wood Cutting * Formwork Assembly * Power Tool Usage * Measurement Calculation * Workplace Safety (NRs) * Working at Heights * Shoring * Wood Finishing ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
