




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for verifying data, overseeing service providers, monitoring activities, and ensuring the preservation of facilities and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Support to Facilities Coordination 2. Monitoring and control of service provider activities 3. Development and reporting of maintenance indicators \- You will be responsible for verifying departmental data and information. \- Oversee activities of contracted service providers and monitor and control their activities related to machinery, buildings, facilities, infrastructure, and others. \- Support the procurement process and monitor and control inventory of Facilities-related items (general supplies \- cleaning/maintenance). \- Conduct on-site follow-up of activities, reports, charts, specific software, budget spreadsheets, and others. \- Monitor and ensure that machinery, equipment, facilities, and buildings are operational and available for use, thereby guaranteeing optimal operational performance and proper preservation and condition of such assets. \- Support Facilities Coordination in site and general condominium operations. \- Support attendance tracking of resident service providers and monitor the delivery level of previously agreed SLAs. \- Develop and report maintenance indicators for buildings, water, energy, MHE availability, among others.
