




**Responsibilities:** * Operate and adjust warping machines, feeding them, handling their control devices, performing tension adjustments on threads, and splicing broken threads to transfer the threads that will form the fabric's warp; * Prepare threads and rolls for the warping process; * Verify calculations of the number of threads to be warped; * Monitor warping quality and make corrections when necessary; * Ensure production deadlines and targets are met; * Perform basic preventive maintenance and report malfunctions; * Work in compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Winder in the weaving industry; * Technical knowledge of warping machine operation and thread handling; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Attention to detail and focus on quality; * Availability to work shifts if required.
