* Conduct technical inspections of individual units and common areas within developments.
* Analyze technical assistance requests, assess their validity, and diagnose pathological manifestations.
* Issue technical opinions indicating probable causes and appropriate solutions, formally informing clients whether the request is **valid or invalid**.
* Schedule, supervise, and validate repair execution with suppliers and service providers, where applicable.
* Measure completed services and technically close assistance cases in the system (CV).
* Provide technical clarifications to residents, building managers, and property management companies, advising on proper use and maintenance of the property.
* Collaborate with the Customer Relationship/Support team to align timelines, information, and client communications.
* Interact with internal departments (Construction, Projects, Quality, Procurement, and Legal) to resolve issues.
* Prepare technical reports, photographic records, and maintain a structured history of support cases.
* Support responses to official notifications and, when necessary, accompany technical appraisals.
* Provide technical feedback aimed at improving construction processes and preventing recurring failures.
* Monitor technical assistance deadlines and information using spreadsheets and performance indicators.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Expected Experience and Knowledge**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with active registration at CREA.
* Preferred experience in residential construction, project handover, construction quality, technical assistance, or building maintenance.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and installation drawings.
* Familiarity with residential construction systems, waterproofing, finishes, windows and façades, and hydraulic installations.
* Experience in technical customer service and conflict mediation.
* Intermediate-level Excel skills for data organization, controls, and performance indicator tracking.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, analytical mindset, and field diagnostic capability.
* Valid driver’s license for field travel.
* Preferred training in Building Pathology, Diagnostic Engineering, Building Performance, or Building Maintenance.
* Advantageous: courses or certifications in technical appraisals, building inspections, customer service, conflict mediation, or construction quality.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings.
* Understanding of building performance standards and warranty requirements.
* Knowledge of residential construction systems, especially:
* waterproofing, ceramic and mortar-based finishes, windows and façades, hydraulic and sanitary installations, interior finishes
* Basic understanding of investigating pathological manifestations and defining corrective solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate Excel skills (data control, filters, tables, and performance indicator tracking).
* Experience using technical assistance management/CRM systems (e.g., CV system or similar).
* Ability to prepare technical reports in Word and organize photographic records.
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or digital drawing visualization (technical PDFs) is desirable.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Organizational and deadline management skills.
