Join us and be part of something extraordinary! **Senior EHS Manager** ========================= Country/Region: BR Location: Sorocaba, São Paulo, BR, 18103\-905 Req ID 82796 \| Sorocaba, Brazil, ZF Automotive Brasil Ltda. **Job Description** ------------------- **About the team:** The Senior EHS Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across ZF sites, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, corporate standards, and relevant certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949\). This role will act as a cultural transformation agent, promoting safe, sustainable workplaces aligned with the company’s global objectives. **What you will do as a Senior EHS Manager** * Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and programs aligned with corporate strategy; * Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations, as well as ISO standards and automotive requirements; * Lead internal and external audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring effective corrective actions; * Promote sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste management, and emission reduction; * Manage EHS performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to regional/global leadership; * Act as a strategic partner to Operations, Engineering, HR, and Legal teams to integrate EHS practices; * Develop and deliver training, awareness campaigns, and engagement programs; * Lead local EHS teams, fostering technical and behavioral development; * Represent the company before regulatory agencies and industry forums. **Your profile as a Senior EHS Manager** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas will be considered a plus; * Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in EHS, preferably in leadership roles within multinational companies, ideally in the automotive sector; * In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and environmental/labor legislation; * Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are desirable; * Proven ability in team management, strategic communication, and organizational influence; * Experience with sustainability projects and safety culture initiatives. **What we offer:** Medical Insurance; Dental Insurance; Pharmacy Benefit; Life Insurance; Transportation; Childcare Assistance; Meal Voucher; On-site Meals; Private Pension Plan; Annual Bonus; Executive Car; SESI Club; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; Gympass (Wellhub); Credit Cooperative; Educational Partnerships.
