We are seeking a Seamstress to join our team—someone who values organization, teamwork, and care for our customers**.** **Responsibilities and duties** A professional responsible for alterations and finishing of high-end garments, ensuring excellence in sewing, fit, and refined finishing, in accordance with the brand’s quality and sophistication standards. Performs repairs, fittings, and finalization of women’s clothing, using both industrial and hand-sewing techniques with meticulous attention to detail, precision, and impeccable finishing. ### **Key activities:** * Sew high-end women’s apparel; * Perform adjustments, alterations, and premium finishing; * Operate industrial straight-stitch sewing machines, industrial overlock machines, and specialized equipment; * Conduct fittings and corrections on garments; * Ensure garment quality, symmetry, and fit; * Work with delicate and sophisticated fabrics; * Maintain workspace organization and material preservation. **Requirements and qualifications** ### **Requirements:** * Experience in fine sewing or luxury fashion; * Knowledge of premium finishing techniques; * Experience with premium fashion or haute couture brands; * Attention to detail and commitment to high quality; * Preferred experience in ateliers or production of sophisticated women’s fashion. **Additional information** **Transportation Allowance** We provide a transportation allowance tailored to your route, making your daily commute more comfortable and convenient. **Health and Dental Plan – Porto Seguro** We offer medical and dental coverage through Porto Seguro.
