To expand our care, we seek a sales professional who understands our patients' needs and presents the best health insurance and partner network solutions. **Your Responsibilities** * Serve interested patients by offering our health insurance plan; * Approach clinic patients receiving private consultations to present the benefits of enrolling in the plan; * Maintain relationships with new beneficiaries to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the clinic. * Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to management. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Prior experience in service sales (preferred if already worked with health insurance, insurance policies, or employee benefits). * **Communication Skills:** Persuasiveness, empathy, and clarity when explaining contractual clauses and waiting periods. * **Education:** Completed high school **What We Offer** * Fixed Salary \+ **Commission** * Transportation Allowance * Training on products and partner insurance providers.
