We’re looking for a **Sales Assistant** who wants to work within **a new retail engagement model, safeguard smooth store operations, and assist with sales during peak periods.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Customer Service:** * Ensure high-quality customer service; * Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information; * Conduct preliminary customer service when sales staff are occupied; * Maintain a pleasant and welcoming store environment. **Cashier Operations:** * Register sales in the point-of-sale system; * Process exchanges and returns; * Open and close the cash register according to company procedures; * Perform cash reconciliations. **Other Duties:** * Track lens orders. * Organize and dispatch mailers; * Record supplier and store invoices in accounts payable; * Maintain an organized and clean workplace; * Assist with inventory organization; * Participate in training sessions and professional development courses; * Receive inventory restocks, verifying invoices, contents, and box labels; recording invoices in the system; and storing items in inventory; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays). * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures; * Empathy and ability to handle difficult customers; * Teamwork skills. **Desirable Qualifications** * Familiarity with point-of-sale systems; * Basic knowledge of mathematics and finance; * Typing proficiency; * Computer literacy. **Benefits** * **Bradesco Health Plan (Effective)** (ward-level coverage); * **Meal Allowance** — R$ 25 per day via CAJU card; * **Transportation Allowance** — deposited onto the CAJU card as needed, with payroll deductions compliant with applicable law; * **Wellhub** (formerly Gympass); * **Conexa Saúde** (mental health benefit, pharmacy discounts, and diagnostic test discounts); * **On Happy** (leisure travel discounts); * **Zerezes Employee Discount Program** Zerezes was born from design—and from the desire to do things differently.
