What you’ll do here: You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial kitchen (fast\-food) equipment and installations, ensuring safe and efficient system operation. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and fast\-food equipment, including appliances (refrigerators, cold rooms, refrigerated cabinets, etc.); * Repair equipment such as deep fryers, ovens, exhaust hoods, etc.; * Provide technical support to the site/store where you are assigned; * Estimate maintenance and fabrication time and cost; * Ensure proper operation of the store’s electrical systems. What we’re looking for: * Technical vocational training in Refrigeration Mechanics, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Experience with industrial kitchen or refrigeration equipment maintenance; * Certification in NR10 and NR35 standards; * Availability to work weekends and nights according to a 6x1 schedule; * Willingness to work at KFC stores in Santa Catarina.
