




Opportunity for the city of Franca\-SP Will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the execution of activities related to the Quality Management System, guaranteeing compliance with standards, internal procedures and applicable legal requirements. Will work in managing internal and external audit processes, control of non-conformities, analysis of quality indicators and development of action plans for continuous improvement of processes and products. **Responsibilities and duties.** **What you will do here:** * Monitor and report activities, processes and procedures focused on quality of cleaning services, as well as management of area indicators and action plans; * Coordinate and execute internal audit programs; * Implement quality improvement plans; * Manage generated non-conformities, provide corrective actions to eliminate any non-conformity; * Plan quality inspection and control systems to evaluate material quality and ensure\-that it meets established technical quality standards; * Help develop corporate policies, processes and procedures; * Provide quality information to planning and support departments; * Conduct or support training sessions on regulations and quality; * Prepare and maintain quality management documentation; * Respond to and monitor customer complaints. **Requirements and qualifications**✅ **What we look for in you:** * Completed higher education * Experience in Team Management; * Experience in Internal Audit; * Background in facilities * Intermediate level proficiency in SAP system. * Advanced Excel Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
