YOUR PRIMARY MISSION is to ensure the efficiency and quality of injection and metallization processes, guaranteeing that products meet established standards and are delivered within the agreed timeframe through leadership of the production team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise daily production team activities, ensuring adherence to manufacturing schedules. * Monitor injection and metallization processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Train and develop teams, promoting continuous capability building and professional growth of employees. * Track and analyze performance indicators such as efficiency, productivity, OEE, TFA, and quality, proposing actions to optimize results. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, implementing best practices and promoting a workplace safety culture. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure process integration and problem resolution. * Manage resources and materials, controlling inventory levels and preventing waste. * Prepare management reports and present results to management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. * Leadership and team management skills; prior experience in leadership roles is a plus. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. * Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with availability to occasionally work shift hours. **Additional Information** A company with over 60 years of history, creating solutions and developing technologies in the construction materials segment.
