Lead cross-functional teams and develop team members Position: PCP Coordinator Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) Salary: R$ 5,000.00 monthly range Benefits Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Birthday Day Off Wellhub About the Position We seek a strategic, organized, and leadership-oriented professional to serve as a PCP Coordinator, responsible for coordinating Production Planning, Programming, and Control (PCP) activities, as well as purchasing, warehousing, inventory, and shipping processes. The role aims to ensure efficient material and information flow, guaranteeing adherence to production and delivery deadlines, inventory optimization, and integration among operational areas across the production chain. Main Responsibilities Production Planning and Control (PCP) Coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term production planning; Ensure development and execution of the production plan; Identify deviations and implement corrective actions. Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinate procurement processes for raw materials, supplies, and services; Ensure supply alignment with production planning; Negotiate delivery timelines, costs, and terms with suppliers; Monitor supplier performance (timeliness, quality, and costs); Support cost-reduction strategies and continuous improvement; Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments. Inventory and Warehousing Coordinate warehousing, organization, and inventory control; Ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records; Define inventory policies (minimum, maximum, and reorder point); Implement best practices in warehousing and material handling. Shipping and Logistics Coordinate order picking, packaging, and product dispatch; Ensure on-time delivery fulfillment; Validate shipping documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.); Optimize logistics processes and transportation costs. Integrated Management and KPIs Ensure alignment among demand, production, and supply; Act as the liaison between sales, production, engineering, procurement, and logistics; Track KPIs and prepare management reports; Propose continuous process improvements. Leadership Lead cross-functional teams (procurement, warehouse, and logistics); Set goals, monitor performance, and develop team members; Establish routines, processes, and standardizations. Requirements Solid experience in PCP, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Inventory Management; Proven experience leading teams; Knowledge of performance indicators and production processes; Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; Industrial environment experience is desirable.
