About the position: Responsible for coordinating planning, scheduling, and control activities for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring efficient use of resources, asset availability, and operational reliability, acting strategically alongside maintenance, production, engineering, and procurement departments. Key responsibilities: Develop weekly maintenance plans and forecasts (preventive, predictive, and inspections), ensuring prioritization and resource allocation; Plan and schedule maintenance activities, aligning priorities with operational departments and ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets; Monitor KPIs, control backlog, and conduct periodic meetings to address deviations and propose improvements; Review preventive routines, spare parts lists, critical spares, and contingency plans; Coordinate resources, inventory, and supply according to demand; Ensure execution of inspections per technical and safety standards, updating calibration and testing plans; Integrate PCM activities with asset reliability and availability strategies; Ensure quality and standardization of information within the maintenance management system; Provide technical support to the team, promoting training and continuous improvement; Coordinate team activities and outcomes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
