We seek talents who wish to grow with us and leave their mark in an environment that values respect, continuous learning, and diversity. **Description:** We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage preventive and operational health and safety, ensuring the well-being of our teams. **Responsibilities:** * Support corporate clients by providing specialized technical assistance in occupational safety and health (OSH); * Conduct technical visits for diagnosis, consultation, mobilization, and follow-up of client needs; * Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients, communicating results, key performance indicators, and recommendations; * Monitor action plans and corrective/preventive measures jointly with clients; * Deliver regulatory training (NRs), onboarding sessions for new employees, and specific capacity-building sessions as required. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety and valid professional registration (MTE); * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable labor legislation; * Ability to conduct training sessions and communicate effectively with diverse audiences; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Ability to draft technical reports, assessments, and analyses; * Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel.
