Maintenance Mechanic

Description

Install machinery at the designated location in the layout, positioning, leveling, and connecting mechanical and hydraulic components; Identify mechanical defects and their respective causes in the mechanical assemblies of production machines and CNC machines across production departments, based on technical information contained in manuals, maintenance service sheets, and/or machine operators. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment in the company's production departments, inspecting/replacing excessively worn components subject to friction, monitoring oil and emulsion levels, belts, linear guides, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, cooling systems, and verifying/adjusting machine geometry. Continuously test machine safety in accordance with NR-12. Accompany the tests conducted by the production machine operator, verifying machine performance and performing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic adjustments to prevent disruption of the production flow. Prepare cost estimates for damaged mechanical components identified during equipment disassembly, or required replacement due to preventive maintenance, or upon request from the immediate supervisor. Daily completion of TPM reports, point-to-point lessons learned, emulsion control records, forklift checklists, and daily inspections of the company's utility points, including compressors and N2 plant.
