We are looking for a **Maintenance Leader** to join our **Maintenance** team at the **Pecém** terminal. You will support port equipment maintenance activities, contributing to operational efficiency and ensuring everyone’s safety. Join a team that keeps our equipment in perfect condition and helps move the global economy! **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, including JSA, PTW, LOTO, daily safety meetings, and Gemba Walks. * Coordinate and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring technical quality, speed, safety, and accurate recording in the ERP system (IFS). * Provide technical support to the team in failure analysis and interpretation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration diagrams. * Ensure proper management of resources, tools, materials, and vehicles, promoting conscious usage and cost control. * Develop and engage the team through feedback, performance monitoring, training, and structured shift handovers. * Prepare and present incident reports and KPIs to leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. * Collaborate closely with PCM, Stores, Operations, and HR to support planning, service scheduling, and recruitment processes. Participate in shift meetings and support continuous improvement of maintenance activities. * **What talent are we looking for?** * **Education:** Completed technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
