Key Responsibilities * Prepare, adjust, and operate spot welding machines, automatic welding machines, presses, and conventional equipment; * Monitor the production process to ensure the quality of manufactured parts; * Perform adjustments and calibrations to improve performance and productivity; * Carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards; * Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes; * Collaborate within a team to achieve production and efficiency targets. Requirements * Knowledge of metrology; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Experience with spot welding machines, automatic welding machines, and conventional equipment; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Commitment to quality and safety.
