What are the responsibilities of this position?
* Execute the daily production and sales plan, assisting with shift scheduling, sales history analysis, sector positioning, task distribution, and implementing corrective actions when necessary
* Ensure product availability by controlling production and restocking according to daily menus
* Maintain a trained, motivated team with excellent personal presentation through shift meetings, training sessions, and guidance on service processes and procedures
* Ensure hygiene and sanitation in the work area by guiding the team and monitoring the cleaning process in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure
* Onboard new team members in the department by applying onboarding steps, providing training, and holding performance follow-up meetings during and after the probation period, reporting results to the supervisor
* Control waste reduction within the department and complete spreadsheets, recording sales and leftovers using criteria established by the continuous improvement project
* Contribute to product availability for menu preparation by reviewing the daily menu and requesting ingredients as needed. Maintain smooth store and equipment operation. Control departmental waste
Required qualifications:
* Completed high school education;
* Full availability of schedule (morning and afternoon);
