




Job Summary: The professional will manage team safety, coordinate inventories, analyze results, create action plans, and ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Team safety management and team motivation 2. Inventory coordination and analysis with action plans 3. Implementation and maintenance of quality standards Ensure team safety; Maintain absenteeism indicators; Create and manage KPIs; Interface with the client; Coordinate the team under their responsibility, including training, performance evaluation, and motivation enhancement; Coordinate inventories (W2W, cyclic, and picking break); Analyze inventory results and develop action plans (corrective and preventive); Conduct periodic audits to assess inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with standards and regulations; Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of quality standards within their area of responsibility; Meet and exceed expectations.
