Ensuring proper care of equipment and materials used **Job Description:** We are looking for a **General Services Assistant** with expertise in **building maintenance**, responsible for cleaning and conservation routines, as well as supporting minor repairs to building facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas; * Assist in organizing common and administrative areas; * Carry out minor repairs (plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, light bulb replacement, door maintenance, etc.); * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities; * Ensure proper care of equipment and materials used; * Report structural issues or malfunctions to the technical supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, civil); * Proactivity and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
