




Description of activities: Gathering and documenting requirements with the client; Validating requirements with the Software Factory; Approving deliveries made by the Software Factory (corrections and implementations); Leading meetings with internal teams and clients to address issues or discuss solutions; Developing Functional Specifications, including workflow and detailed solution descriptions for the Software Factory; Receiving, analyzing, handling, and forwarding tickets from clients; Opening and tracking internal tickets; Validating corrections of internal tickets; Preparing Status Reports on the backlog of Internal Tickets; Training and guiding end users on system functionalities. What we expect from you: Proactivity in identifying and solving problems; Organization and coordination skills; Ability to train, clarify, and support users during testing or system usage; Ability to lead meetings with clients or internal teams; Flexible availability; Strong writing skills, with objectivity, clarity, and correct use of the Portuguese language.
