If you are passionate about developing people, skilled at communicating objectively, proactive in solving problems, challenges, or unexpected situations, operate with critical thinking, and demonstrate discipline in meeting deadlines, this position may be perfect for you. **Responsibilities:** \- Manage all activities related to vehicle and equipment management at the unit; \- Ensure compliance of operational resources (drivers, vehicles, and equipment); \- Ensure availability, maintenance (preventive and corrective), and preservation of company vehicles/equipment; \- Administer revenues and costs related to fleet management and documentation; \- Develop and ensure maintenance providers compatible with the company’s and its client’s needs; \- Monitor behavioral and technical maintenance indicators, as well as vehicle/equipment drivability; \- Client relationship management; \- Ensure team motivation, training, and development for the fleet team; \- Compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for drivers/forlift operators; \- Perform People & Management routines according to People Cycle, Training & Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; \- Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); \- Strictly comply with all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications; \- Properly wear uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; \- Commit to operational goals jointly defined with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; \- Demonstrate personal and professional behavior consistent with the role; \- Perform related tasks as requested by superiors. **Requirements for this role:** Completed Bachelor's degree; Postgraduate degree preferred; Intermediate Office suite proficiency; Time availability and flexibility with schedules; Proven experience in management. **Our benefits include:** Meal voucher: BRL 35.00 per day Food allowance: BRL 147.45 per month Variable compensation Health and dental plans Life insurance Fuel allowance (paid in cash) Special day off (Day Off) Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: BRL 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
