**Job Description:**
What you will do:
* Collaborate with the management team in developing fleet safety policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and applicable regulations.
* Plan and conduct regular training for drivers and fleet staff on safe driving practices, traffic regulations, and internal safety policies.
* Implement inspection and preventive maintenance programs, ensuring vehicles are in good working condition and compliant with safety standards.
* Use tracking and monitoring systems to monitor vehicle location, performance, and behavior, identifying areas for improvement and mitigating risks.
* Analyze fleet safety-related data—including accidents, incidents, traffic violations, and operational costs—to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
* Conduct accident and incident investigations, identify root causes, develop corrective action plans, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and requirements related to fleet operations.
* Prepare periodic reports on fleet safety performance, highlighting key indicators, trends, and improvement recommendations.
* Collaborate with external vendors—such as repair shops, insurance providers, and tracking service companies—to ensure service quality.
* Identify opportunities to improve fleet safety processes, systems, and practices, implementing actions that enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Compensation: R$2.400,00 - R$2.500,00 per month
