Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the operation and maintenance of light, heavy vehicle, and machinery fleets, managing costs and performance indicators. Use of tracking systems and ERP for management Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: Control and monitor the operation of light, heavy vehicle, and machinery fleets used on construction sites; Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, tracking deadlines, service orders, and associated costs; Update and monitor fleet performance indicators (e.g., kilometers driven, fuel consumption, availability); Conduct cost analysis for fuel, spare parts, maintenance, insurance, and fleet documentation; Maintain up-to-date records for vehicle licensing, traffic fines, insurance, vehicle and driver documentation; Assist in managing contracts with repair shops, spare parts suppliers, and service providers; Utilize tracking systems, telematics, and ERP to record and monitor fleet information; Generate fleet performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Prior experience in fleet management or analysis, preferably within Construction, Transportation, or Logistics companies; Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and input control (fuel, tires, spare parts, etc.); Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced: formulas, charts, data analysis); Experience with ERP systems, fleet management platforms, and/or vehicle tracking systems; Specialized courses and tools relevant to the role; Analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication; Analytical thinking, organization, proactivity, general technical knowledge, and effective communication. **Additional Information** Additional Information: **Benefits:** Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in the restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial projects, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
