Work modality: On-site Location — Rua Rosalina Calegário, 26 — Serrano **Responsibilities:** Monitoring Processes and SOPs: Conduct regular audits and inspections on production lines to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety and hygiene regulations Control of Critical Parameters and Rapid Alerts: Continuously monitor critical parameters (temperature, humidity, visual and organoleptic characteristics of beverages), identify process deviations, and immediately notify leadership to initiate corrective actions Enforcement of Good Practices and Safety: Visually assess operational activities to ensure employees correctly operate machinery, process equipment, and mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) Documentary Audits and Traceability: Audit and complete production records, inspection reports, and test certificates; ensure strict documentation practices to guarantee full traceability of manufactured batches Containment of Failures and Operational Training: Guide line operators in identifying defects, lead containment and rework actions in response to non-conformities, and actively support operational Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training for the production team Audit Support: Provide direct technical support in preparing the factory, organizing records, and accompanying internal or external audits (e.g., MAPA, certification bodies) **Benefits:** * 40-hour weekly work schedule — no 44-hour weeks! * Transportation Benefit: Either Vale Transporte (transportation voucher) or Transportation Allowance (R$ 25.00 per day actually worked); transportation costs are not deducted from your salary! * CAJU Card — Food and Meal Allowance: R$ 25.00 per day actually worked; no deductions apply * Health and Dental Insurance after 90 days of probation * Life Insurance * Gympass/Wellhub — discounted access to gyms, fitness studios, yoga centers, etc., because your well-being matters to us * Psicologia Viva — free monthly psychological counseling sessions: your mental health matters to us! * Discount at Xeque Mate’s clothing store and Real Grapixo — dress in style * Discount on products from Xeque Mate’s factory * Discount at Xeque Mate’s bars (Mascates) — no party plans?
