Job Summary: Multifunctional maintenance professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Performs mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance on equipment. 2. Uses SAP software for time tracking and spare parts requisition. 3. Works safely, adhering to regulations and ensuring quality. - Perform preventive and corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance on machines, equipment, and building facilities to keep them in optimal operating condition. Use the SAP maintenance software for time recording and control, as well as for requesting replacement parts. - Execute scheduled maintenance tasks as defined during PCM meetings, where priorities are established. - Carry out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities. - Perform invasive internal maintenance procedures while ensuring prevention of cross-contamination through compliance with GMP requirements. - Work in accordance with standard operating procedures and NR regulations. - Daily time reporting in SAP according to work orders (WOs) and other job-related activities. - Equipment calibration. Electrical, mechanical, and automation tasks. - Monitoring of operational equipment. - Provide support for mechanical and electrical maintenance, intervening in equipment to restore operation as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. - Log and register incidents in SAP software related to emergency responses. - Directly and authoritatively manage electrical activities—including electrical equipment, electrical panels, and electrical infrastructure installations. - Maintenance and operation of various circuit breakers. - Ensure machine/equipment safe operation by applying relevant safety standards. - Ensure machine/equipment safe operation by applying safety standards. - Request materials from the warehouse. - Request shutdown of production lines failing to meet safety standards. - Engage third-party service providers when repairs are required. - Prepare various cost estimates compatible with the role.
