Here, we value and encourage individuality in every person, fostering a healthy and collaborative work environment. **All our job openings are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Verify elevator operating conditions at the start of each shift, per checklist and safety regulations; * Operate construction elevators for transporting people, materials, equipment, and tools, adhering strictly to load limits; * Perform minor adjustments and simple repairs to ensure proper equipment operation; * Report irregularities, support immediate supervisors, and contribute to defining corrective actions; * Maintain equipment condition, workplace organization, and correct use of PPE; **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Minimum requirements for this position:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience operating rack-and-pinion elevators / hoists; * Availability for onsite assignments, field services, and external activities, including overtime (Saturdays/Sundays/holidays); **Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):** * Training in NR-12, NR-18, NR-35, and NR-6. * Knowledge or experience in elevator operation / hoisting.
