We are seeking a **Commercial Manager** to join our team. *Responsible for the commercial results of a portfolio of brokers, acting strategically in relationship management, activation, retention, and partnership development. The professional will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening relationships, and ensuring achievement of established targets through commercial initiatives, performance indicator monitoring, and active engagement with the broker portfolio.* ***Key Responsibilities:*** * *Manage and develop a portfolio of brokers, strengthening commercial relationships;* * *Activate, retain, and develop brokers, ensuring portfolio performance;* * *Acquire new partners;* * *Promote products and commercial campaigns;* * *Create, implement, and monitor commercial actions focused on achieving sales targets;* * *Train and develop brokers, encouraging generation of new business and partnership loyalty;* * *Analyze sales reports and performance indicators to guide commercial strategies;* * *Conduct visits to the broker portfolio. ***Requirements and Qualifications:*** * *Proven experience in commercial roles;* * *Completed undergraduate degree;* * *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;* * *Strategic mindset;* * *Proficiency in Excel;* * *Driver’s license (Category B);* * *Personal vehicle required.
