Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements We are looking for a Collections Team Leader to oversee and develop the team, ensuring the effectiveness of credit recovery strategies and compliance with organizational targets. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate, guide, and supervise the collections team, ensuring achievement of targets and adherence to quality standards; Define, implement, and monitor collection strategies, focusing on reducing delinquency and maximizing credit recovery; Conduct negotiations with customers to identify effective solutions for debt regularization; Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements; Prepare management reports and present results to leadership, including strategic analyses and recommendations; Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and increased operational efficiency; Support team development through training, feedback, and performance monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Minimum 3 years of experience in collections and credit recovery; Experience with financial products; Experience in team leadership and management; Willingness to travel; Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Behavioral Competencies:** Leadership and team management; Negotiation skills and clear, objective communication; Analytical ability and results orientation; Proactivity and problem-solving skills. **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week | On-site (100%) **Monday to Friday:** 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break) | Saturday: 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM **Salary:** R$ To be negotiated **Benefits:** **Meal + Food Allowance:** R$ 1,000.00 Vehicle Depreciation Reimbursement **Fuel Allowance:** R$ 600.00 **Health Insurance:** Amil (Co-payment) **Dental Insurance:** Amil Life Insurance Profit Sharing (PLR) Day Off Clude + Totalpass Cactvs Educa (50% scholarship) **Hiring Process Steps:** Interview with HR; Offer Letter; Interview with Hiring Manager; Behavioral Profile Assessment.
