Welcoming and collaborative work environment Job Description: CLEANING ASSISTANT Job Function: The Cleaning Assistant will be responsible for maintaining hygiene, organization, and preservation of the institution's premises, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, family members, and staff. Main Responsibilities: Perform cleaning and disinfection of internal and external areas of the ILPI (bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, dining room, etc.); Sanitize furniture, utensils, and surfaces, adhering to health and safety protocols; Collect and sort waste according to disposal regulations; Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies; Support general tasks related to space organization and preservation; Follow biosafety standards and instructions from the responsible team. Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning (desirable but not mandatory); Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail; Ability to work well in a team; Good physical stamina and interest in contributing to elderly well-being.
