Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, evaluating, and controlling building maintenance to ensure safety and proper functioning of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems **Responsibilities:** * Plan, evaluate, and control building maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards; * Inspect operating facilities, machines, equipment, and technical instruments using ammeters, voltmeters, and other precision instruments; * Request components, equipment, instruments, and materials required for maintenance by completing forms and forwarding them to the responsible department; * Implement occupational accident prevention measures and identify situations that may endanger the safety of the building and its occupants; * Perform daily activity check\-lists, recording and reporting any nonconformities and/or irregularities to supervision; * Install distribution panels, cable trays, fuse boxes, outlets, switches, and other components of the electrical network; * Cut, bend, and install conduits and piping for wiring installation; * Assemble and install valves, fittings, and metallic and non\-metallic piping, performing necessary connections; * Test piping using compressed air or pressurized water to verify sealing and correct leaks; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installations, replacing or repairing components; * Seal holes and grooves in walls, slabs, or floors, as well as perform painting tasks; * Maintain an organized workplace, free of debris, with proper collection of waste materials, tools, and equipment; * Carry out other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (secondary level); * Technical training in a related field; * Advanced knowledge of building system maintenance; * Minimum one (1) year of verifiable experience in this role; * NR10 Basic Course with satisfactory performance; * General knowledge of maintenance for Split and Window Air Conditioning systems. **Benefits:** * **Salary: R$ 2\.664,75 \+ 30% hazard pay;** * **Transportation allowance;** * **Basic food basket;** * **Breakfast and afternoon snack;** * **Group life insurance;** * **Health assistance;** * **Childcare allowance;** * **University partnership program;** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.664,74 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On\-site
