Check out the job details and become part of our team! **ELECTRICAL MOTOR WINDER \- Artesian Wells** **Main responsibilities:** * Disassemble and assemble electrical motors and submersible pumps; * Perform winding and rewinding services on electrical motors; * Conduct electrical tests and verify equipment operation; * Identify electrical faults and perform corrective maintenance; * Carry out coil cleaning, drying, insulation, and finishing; * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment; * Handle and organize parts, motors, and components; * Use tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment; * Interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications; * Maintain workplace organization and safety. **Requirements** * Experience in electrical motor winding and maintenance; * Knowledge of disassembly and assembly of motors and submersible pumps; * Basic understanding of industrial electricity and measuring instruments; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; * Basic knowledge of electromechanical maintenance and occupational safety. **Behavioral competencies** * Attention to detail; * Organization and commitment; * Ability to work well in a team; * Responsibility and discipline; * Agility and proactivity; * Commitment to safety and quality. **Our values** At Hidropel, we believe in **customer satisfaction**, operate with **transparency and respect**, pursue **quality above all**, encourage **innovation**, and **always value the people** who make everything happen. **Job type:** Permanent CLT contract **Benefits:** * Fuel allowance or Transportation voucher \- R$ 12.00 * Life insurance * Meal allowance \- R$ 801.50 * Meal voucher \- R$ 30.00 per day. * Union-based Medical and Dental Assistance **Work location:** Onsite in Curitiba.
