Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for verifying and recording fiscal invoices, analyzing taxes, issuing fiscal documents, and assisting in tax calculation and monthly fiscal closing. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with interstate tax legislation (DIFAL and Tax Substitution) 2. Meticulous attention to detail, organization, and proactivity 3. Handling correction of fiscal document issuance errors **Responsibilities:** * **Knowledge of tax reform.** * **Verify and record incoming fiscal invoices (purchases, services, and returns) in the ERP system.** * **Analyze withheld taxes and identify inconsistencies in tax rates or CFOP codes.** * **Issue sales fiscal invoices for products and services, ensuring correct taxation.** * **Generate transfer invoices between units, repair consignment shipments, supplier returns, and supplementary invoices.** * **Organize and archive XML files and DANFEs according to audit standards.** * **Assist in tax calculation and monthly fiscal closing.** * **Handle correction of issuance errors (Correction Letters or cancellations within the legal timeframe).** * **Experience with interstate tax legislation (DIFAL and Tax Substitution)** * **Behavioral Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, organization, and proactivity.** **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge in the Tax area. **Our Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Shuttle service (subject to location) * Parking * Transportation voucher (VT) * On-site cafeteria * Meal allowance – BRL 236.40 * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Health insurance * Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 6:45 AM to 4:45 PM; Friday – 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM * Seniority-based salary increase * Location: Valinhos.
