Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Summary: Responsible for accounting analyses, preparation of management reports, review of policies, and validation of information in the ERP, providing management support and serving as an interface with internal and external departments. Support to the accounting office and international operations Responsible for accounting analyses, preparation of management reports, review of policies, and validation of information in the ERP. Will provide management support, interface with the accounting office and internal departments, participate in administrative activities, and monitor legal, tax, and accounting requirements. * **Responsibilities:** Analyze balance sheets and submit reports to support decision-making; * Manage internal accounting routines; * Support the accounting office and international operations; * Prepare, review, and complete accounting reports and financial statements; * Review accounting policies; * Reconcile and validate accounting results from the ERP and the accounting office; * Assist in implementing the chart of accounts in the ERP; * Develop financial and accounting performance indicators and indices; * Monitor legal, tax, and accounting requirements related to judicial proceedings; * Address administrative requests from managers; * Maintain control and filing of documents; * Attend courses, seminars, and events related to the field; * Perform other related duties as directed by leadership. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Solid experience in the accounting field. * Knowledge of SAP Business One. * Knowledge of IFRS. * English (preferred). * Proactivity and autonomy.
